One Stop Food — Food Order & Delivery System

One Stop Food connects customers, chefs, and travelers through a single web platform for ordering and delivering food across Tanzania.

2. Getting Started

2.1 Create an Account

Email registration: Login → Register → fill name, email, phone, role, password → Create Account.

Social sign-in:

  1. Click Google or Facebook on the login page.
  2. Authorize with your social account (name and email are captured automatically).
  3. On Complete Your Sign Up, enter your phone number.
  4. Receive a 6-digit code by email or phone and verify.
Social accounts do not use a password. Always sign in with Google or Facebook.

2.2 Roles

3. Customer Guide

  1. Browse meals on the home page or /meals.
  2. Add items to your cart and go to checkout.
  3. Select a delivery address (city & district in Tanzania).
  4. Pay with M-Pesa, Tigo Pesa, Airtel Money, card, or cash on delivery.
  5. Track orders from My Orders on your dashboard.
  6. Leave a review after delivery.

4. Chef Guide

Registration

  1. Click Become a Chef on the login page (or register with Chef role).
  2. Complete all six verification tabs at /verify.
  3. Wait for admin approval before accessing the full chef dashboard.

Verification sections

  1. Identity & Contact — DOB, NIDA ID, nationality, selfie
  2. Kitchen Location — Address, city, district, kitchen type, photos (min. 2 for home kitchens)
  3. Experience & Skills — Bio, experience, specialties
  4. Legal Documents — Food safety, licenses, permits
  5. Payout Details — Bank account information
  6. Compliance — Terms, code of conduct, declarations

After approval

Create meals, accept orders, update status (Preparing → Ready), assign travelers, and view earnings from your chef dashboard.

5. Traveler / Dropper Guide

  1. Register as Traveler and complete verification (identity, address, vehicle, insurance, banking).
  2. After approval, toggle online to receive delivery assignments.
  3. Pick up orders from chefs and deliver to customers.
  4. Update status: Picked up → Delivered.

6. Account & Security

  • Email accounts: minimum 8-character password; use Forgot Password if needed.
  • Social accounts: phone + OTP verification required; no password.
  • Edit profile name and photo from Dashboard → Profile.

7. Help & Support
